About Your Therapist.
Jenny Lawrence, IIHHT, BSY, VCTC, IPTI
Studied at Reading College in 2001 which is now the Thames Valley University and also the British School of Yoga and registered with the VCTC. She now treats sporting injuries and aids rehabilitation.
She was Football Manager for Reading Ladies and a First Aider.
Over the years treating many people from 6 weeks old to 99 year old, she has vast experience. Taking the whole person or 'Holistic' approach, giving out advice and leaflets from the Health Promotion Department based in Slough run by the NHS. This is a FREE service to help the health of people in the community.
Jenny will take in consideration postural analysis, work and play related impairment on the body, genetic and environmental influences we come in contact with, treat, advise and help heal you to a better longer happier life. We are all just chemical compound vessels, very complex but brilliant! Know your chemicals, rebalance them and restore your body.
We are on this earth for a short time - make the most of it. Jenny's motto is keep WORK, REST AND PLAY in balance, not too much of all three.....
